Gearshift Inc. is the video development division of ICM Consulting Corp. specializing in video production, animation and web-video integration solutions.

From concept to creation, the Gearshift team has produced and directed several television commercials, music videos, and feature films.

Most notably, the feature “My Brother’s Keeper” (directed by Gearshift’s creative director Jordan Barker, staring Aaron Ashmore, Christian Potenza and Alberta Watson - 2004) received numerous awards including: “Winner of the Gold Special Jury Award (2004)”, “Winner of the Gold Remi Award (2004)” and being an official selection of the Milan Film Festival (2004).
